The Experience

An all-white affair sets a visual register before anyone plays a note. The music has to meet it — considered, warm, and unmistakably live.

Every option below covers three hours shaped to the arc of the evening: light and conversational through arrival and cocktails, warmer and fuller through dinner, and open through the closing set. What changes is the size of the ensemble carrying it.

The option that makes the night feel like an occasion rather than a beautiful dinner that happens to have music in it.

02Agreement & retainer

A signed agreement and 50% retainer hold the date and start the work.

03Build the night

We schedule the planning session and shape the run of show around your final schedule.

05 Terms

Reservation
A signed performance agreement and a non-refundable retainer equal to fifty percent (50%) of the selected option secure the date.
Final payment
Balance due on or before the day of the event. Invoicing by ACH, card, or check.
Production
Sound is ours to handle unless noted otherwise — PA, mixing, monitors, and an engineer on site, coordinated with the venue in advance. Repertoire and run-of-show built with your team.
Validity
This proposal is valid for the period shown above and remains subject to availability until an agreement and retainer are received.
