01 The Experience
Three Piece Entertainment was founded on a simple belief: music and culture have the power to strengthen communities, create meaningful experiences, and bring people together across generations.
A single event brings people out once. A season gives a city something to plan around — a recurring reason to come downtown, a programme that builds its own audience, and a body of work that belongs to Monroe rather than to whoever was available that weekend.
Each tier below is a full season: programming design, talent, production, and reporting. What changes is the number of events and the scale of the marquee dates.
A recurring reason to come downtown, and a programme that builds its own audience.
02 Event Overview
03 The Options
Three season scales. Each is quoted as a full programme rather than per event, and each includes design, talent, production and end-of-season reporting.
Detailed line-item budgets are provided on request, and any tier can be scoped to a specific council appropriation.
Select an option to review the agreement and secure the date.
04 Included & Next Steps
A curated season with a consistent identity, built around Monroe's audiences and calendar.
Artist selection and booking, curated by a working national-calibre artist rather than a booking agency.
Sound, staging, musical direction and run-of-show — one contract covers talent, production and coordination.
Workshops, school touchpoints and partnerships built around the season's dates.
Attendance, engagement and outcome reporting at the close of the season.
Fully insured. W-9 and certificate of insurance available for procurement.
